Making a Reservation
At South Acres Kennel we have puppies available in black, chocolate and yellow. These puppies are bred for intelligence, calm temperament, and excellent conformation. All puppies are handled daily and are exposed to most of
what life has to offer. At times our puppies are free to roam at will, and are exposed to other animals and various noises guaranteeing our customers a healthy, bold, well-adjusted puppy that is easy to housebreak. We provide health guarantees and references can be available upon request.
All of our Labrador Retrievers are:
- AKC registered
- OFA Hip certified
- Sires are DNA profiled
- Health cleared for breeding

What we Offer
Because our pups are in great demand, most have been spoken for and are reserved based on a waiting list before they are born or soon after. It is wise to reserve early after reviewing all of our kennel information and parents. You may choose a litter, and color and gender of the pup if you choose. We do not require a deposit to be added to the waiting list. Once your puppy is selected a non-refundable deposit of $200 cash is required to hold your puppy and the balance (of course) is not due until the pup is picked up at 8 weeks old.

Please include your name, location, previous dog experience, and brief description of your lifestyle along with any gender or color preferences.
We schedule people to select their pup AT 6-7 weeks old when your deposit is due.
If what you reserve is not produced from an early litter you will remain on the list until the next available puppy of your desire is born.
